Built Tough: Rectangle and Square Tubing Construction
Unlike many gooseneck trailers built with angle-iron frames, Big Bend Trailers use rectangle and square tubing for superior strength and longevity. With angle-iron construction, you only get support from a single corner, while Big Bend’s design provides reinforcement on all four sides. The frame is built from 2” x 4” heavy-wall rectangle tubing, giving it exceptional durability. The 2” or 2.5” square tubing cross-members are fully welded on all four sides into the frame, rather than being spot-welded, making it one of the strongest trailer frames on the road today. This heavy-duty build ensures your trailer can withstand rugged conditions and heavy loads without compromising on performance.
